Overview

Atrazine 38% SC is a selective, systemic herbicide used for the effective control of annual broadleaf and grassy weeds. It is widely applied in maize, sugarcane, sorghum, and other crops. The product works by inhibiting photosynthesis in susceptible weeds, leading to their rapid death. Mode of Action: o Absorbed mainly through roots and partially through leaves. o Translocated within the plant to stop photosynthesis. o Provides both pre-emergence and early post-emergence control. Key Features: o Broad-spectrum weed control (annual grasses and broadleaf weeds). o Long-lasting residual effect, keeping fields weed-free for weeks. o Selective – safe for crops when applied at recommended dose. o Improves crop yield by reducing weed competition.
